Agnes B cake for afternoon tea~ Looks yummy but a bit too sweet for me. Inside has sponge cake, marshmellow, some fudge and cookie crust! Combo is good but the chestnut outter layer is really sweet for me~~ Good place to have a rest though! :)

Baking classes in Hong Kong is getting extremely popular! Tonight I decided to make a hello kitty cream roll~~ haha. Its super easy to make! However takes some effort in tracing the design! Inside is actually all cream!! haha super fattening but its a nice gift for friends~
C'est la B! Turning cakes into art! Stopped by this famous cake shop before dinner~ Haha yes, I switched the eating order but couldnt resist. :) I chose the lemon poppyseed cake bc its one of my fav flavours! The cake has enough lemon taste and not too sweet. But maybe next time would try something else haha.
Need i say more? It tastes just as good as it looks! These are waffles from Coffee Alley in Taipei! There is a Coffee Alley that opened earlier this year in CWB~HK, however there is always a long wait and closes at 20:00. So I never had the chance to try it. I actually had this last year already during my yrly visit but i had to come back again! It is irresistable!
A beautiful beautiful cake from my besties! Love them! Delicious cake with cream and cake both to the right moist level and sweetness level!
A La Maison in TinHau is one of my fav din place! Environment is comfy n cozy, service is great, and food is delicieux!! This here is the millefeuille! Its yummy!!!!!
Happy birthday dad! Lulucus dome mousse cake was delicious even my picky eater dad says so! Mango pomelo was the choice~ flavour was good and not fake, mousse wasnt stiff, crispy crust was very crispy, and overal taste wasnt overly sweet!
Cannot resist a yogurt~~ First time I had this yogurt was in Kowloon City~ it is actually really good!! But because of the big portion size, once in a while is ok. Prices ranges from $49~65 (i think), for a selection of about 6~8 different flavours. The actual product you get looks really attractive and just like the displays/photos! A recommend for sharing bc for me, just cant really finish it as a snack, is more like a meal haha!!!
Dessert time again~ Went to Tai Kok Tsui because my bf says that place have good tofu noodles~ The place is called Muzi~ Famous for Taiwanese famous desserts~ Yam, taro and tofu~ and I ordered something w all 3things!! I was quite satisfied!! Dessert overall isnt too sweet, the tofu noodle was very tofu (haha) and the texture is not soft like tofu, it does feel like noodle! The taro and yam balls were chewy and it was sweetened but matched the tofu noodle and ice cream quite well! So satisfied!!! Muzi has other more convenient locations!!
Wow!!! Had a tiring day and decided to go for afternoon tea set! Came to Le Salon at Hysan because have heard their croissants are super good! Sooo~ we ordered tea set for two! Food looks great and tasty too! Rumours about the delicious croissants are true too! A definite recommend if you happen to be close by!! YUM!!!
